$19.99 a month for each brand. That includes 100 credits every month. Prices are in US dollars, and tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Credits pay for the AI work: building your Brief, suggesting palettes and marks, and everything you make in sessions. You see an estimate before anything is made, and you can top up from inside the app any time.

Your monthly credits expire when your brand renews, and the next month's credits arrive the same day. Credits you buy in a top-up pack carry over: they last a year from the day you buy them.

Yes, a year after you buy them. Each top-up pack lasts a year from its purchase date. The credits closest to expiring are always spent first, so your monthly credits usually go before bought ones. Your billing page shows when your next bought credits expire.

Its credits go back to your wallet automatically, usually within minutes. If the AI draws something unusable, such as a misspelled brand name, we draw it again once at our cost. If it still comes out wrong, we may refund its credits as a goodwill gesture. Failures on our side or our AI provider's are always refunded in full.

Yes. Each brand is its own subscription with its own Brief, and one card on your account pays for all of them.

Your subscription runs to the end of the month you paid for. After that the brand is read-only: you can still open its Brief, sessions and assets, but not make anything new. We keep everything for three months, so you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off. After that it is deleted.
