Agora Ark

Privacy policy

Last updated October 18, 2026

This policy explains what Agora Ark ("we", "us") collects when you use the Agora Ark website and app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Agora Ark is the controller of your personal data.

What we collect

Account details. Your name, email address and password when you sign up, or your basic Google profile if you sign in with Google.

Your business information. The answers you give during intake, the Brief compiled from them, the files you upload (such as a logo or reference images), the requests you make in sessions and the content generated for you.

Billing information. Your subscriptions, credit balance and payment history. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

Usage and device data. Technical information such as your browser, device, IP address, the pages you visit and errors that occur, kept in logs so we can run and secure the service. When an error happens in the app, we also keep a recording of the page in the moments before it, with the text on screen masked and images left out, so we can see what went wrong.

Cookies. We use cookies and similar storage that are needed to keep you signed in. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use it

  • To run the service: create your account, compile your Brief and generate the content you ask for.
  • To bill you and keep accurate records of credits and payments.
  • To keep Agora Ark secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To contact you about your account, your subscriptions and important changes.
  • To improve the service. We don't use your content to train AI models, and we look at it only to run the service and to fix problems.

Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on our contract with you to run the service and bill you, on our legitimate interests in keeping Agora Ark secure and improving it, on legal obligations such as keeping payment records, and on your consent where we ask for it.

AI processing

To make your content, we send the relevant parts of your Brief, your requests and any references you attach to the AI models that do the work. These requests are routed through OpenRouter to the model providers it connects to. Our OpenRouter account is set so that requests are not routed to providers that train their models on them. Each provider keeps requests for as long as its own policy says.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Agora Ark, under agreements that limit how they use it:

  • Supabase, for sign-in, our database and file storage;
  • Our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record, for checkout, payments and invoices;
  • OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to, for generating content;
  • Sentry, for error reports, performance traces of page loads and requests, and the recordings described above;
  • Google, if you choose to sign in with Google;
  • Our hosting providers, for running the website and the app.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

Where your data is stored

Your account and business data is stored with Supabase in Singapore. Our other providers, including the AI model providers, may process it in other countries, including the United States. Where it is transferred across borders, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account is open. When a brand's subscription ends, its data is kept for three months so you can resubscribe with everything intact, and is deleted after that. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where we must keep records such as invoices by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, write to info@agoraark.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Agora Ark isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
